  1. Our “Pennies for Patients” campaign has begun. This is a fundraiser sponsored by our Builders’ Club for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Bring your spare change to lunch and donate to this worthy cause. There will be a team competition so make sure you donate to your own team box. The team with the most donations will receive a prize.

  2. The SMS Dance intramural will be starting February 20, 2018. If you would like to learn and perform an energetic routine in the talent show, pick-up a permission form on the “Get Involved” board and return to Ms. Evans room #224 or the main office.

  3. ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS:Remember we are still collecting books for the Annual South Middle School Book Drive all next week. Any student wishing to participate will need to donate one new children’s book to the 7th grade office and sign up to go the Progress South Elementary or Emge Elementary after school to read their book to the kindergartners. Parent permission is required.

  2. SOUTH HIGH CHEERLEADING TRYOUTS are coming up soon. If you are an 8th grade student interested in trying out for next year’s squad, stop by the main office to pick up a packet with all the information needed.

  3. Presidents Day is February 19, no school!
